Welcome Awakening

Something within you is stirring

A longing for deeper breath, for freedom from the knots that bind, for the sweet release of remembrance: You are scintillating poetry; woven of waters, earth, and sky.

The miraculous living dream within the embrace of The Infinite Seas.

Here, we honor the journey of being human, in all its beautiful complexity — the ache and the ecstasy, the mundane and the mystical. You are invited into a sanctuary where ancestral wisdom, sacred allies, and somatic touch intertwine to create profound experiences of being.

This space is for you

If you carry stories etched in sinew and bone, seeking relief, restoration, and renewal.

If you yearn for the mystery beneath words, for the medicine hidden in stillness and sensation.

If you feel called to reclaim your radiant, embodied, sensual self and walk a new path toward wholeness.

Here, the ancient meets the modern. Hands that know intricate lattice designs of anatomy, the secret rivers of fluids and fascia, listening to the genius of stories held in the tissues within. Plant allies arrive as gentle companions or fierce catalysts, depending on the truths you’re ready to touch.

Every session is both ritual and reality — a sacred partnership rooted in compassion, presence, and the knowing that transformational union with the Divine is not only possible, but inevitable, when we listen deeply to the guidance of the Earth and the living clay of our flesh.

I promise not only to tend to your light, but to keep steady vigil beside you in the places where shadow gathers. I will walk with you through the darkness, holding faith in the quiet alchemy unfolding there, and tending the fragile chrysalis where new wings are forming.

May you embark upon this threshold into a new story of mythopoetic being, where your body is cherished as holy, your heart is honored as an oracle of truth, and your spirit remembers what it was born to transcend.  May you rise again on the wings that carry you — for this is the ancient art of awakening, and your birthright of remembrance and becoming.

Those Whom I Serve

I also serve those who carry sacred callings — healers, facilitators, and wisdom-keepers — who seek to deepen their own vessels so they may hold others more skillfully. And there are those whose challenges lie hidden beneath the surface, in the quiet thickets of the body: chronic pain, somatic memories, nervous systems coiled like a spring. For them, this work can be the soft key that unlocks rooms long sealed.

At the same time, it’s important to know that not every path I offer is suited for every traveler. Some modalities require groundwork, time, and careful preparation. Others are safe for any who simply wish to rest, to remember themselves as luminous beings clothed in flesh. Some may need sustained, ongoing work to weave profound change into the very substrate of their lives.

Below, I’ve gathered some of the many kinds of souls and life chapters who most often find resonance, relief, and renewal through this work. Each of these paths has required me, as a practitioner, to cultivate unique skills, training, and attunement — to ensure a gentle, potent, and impeccably held container for every person I am called to serve.

The work I offer is potent medicine - sometimes soft as a feather drifting down a forest shaft of sunlight, sometimes fierce as the ocean churning under a full moon. It is catalytic, transformational, and often life-altering. Yet it is also tender and deeply human, crafted with modalities that can meet anyone, anywhere, exactly as they are.

While there are pathways here for every soul who feels called, I’ve discovered over the years that those who experience the most profound shifts are often standing upon a threshold—a precipice in life’s great cycles of change. They are ripe with the churning energy of transition and transmutation, feeling the upwelling of life force and the surfacing of subconscious truths.

Some arrive in crisis or unraveling, seeking relief from grief, trauma, or the tectonic shifts of life’s seasons. Others come ablaze with creative fire, yearning to unlock the poetry trapped in their bones. Some drift in subtly but surely, driven by a lifelong hunger to touch the hem of the Great Mystery — to sit in conversation with the unseen intelligence that breathes the world into being.

An Ecosystem of Holistic Health and Gaian Medicine

Oracular Poet · Diviner · Touch Therapist · Medicine Woman · Spiritual Midwife

For over fourteen years, I have walked the path of a bodyworker, ritual artist, and ceremonial facilitator—blending the ancient wisdom of my Mesoamerican and Caribbean lineages with contemporary therapeutic techniques. My life has been devoted to a profound reclamation and reweaving of ancestral medicine and the timeless wisdom of my forebears.

Since childhood, I have been able to see into the interdimensional realms, receiving spontaneous visions and initiations guided by spirits from other worlds. Throughout my developmental journey, I’ve been recognized as a sacred woman, called forward by elders and teachers who have helped me to shape and refine my gifts. These experiences have carried me deeper into my role as a practitioner and guide.

One of my deepest gifts is as a profoundly sensitive and attuned limbic empath, somatic medium, and visionary channel. The same gift that has called me to be initiated as a Diviner has also flowed through my hands in working with thousands of bodies, human and beyond, over the years.

In my work and private practice, my vessel serves as a liminal membrane of mediumship, listening and translating the currents between worlds.

When these gifts first revealed themselves with potent intensity, they drew me into formal training as a Massage Therapist. I am nationally licensed, and continually developing my practice in Eastern and Western modalities, specializing in somatics, bioenergetics, creative catharsis, emotional processing, medical massage for complex conditions, end-of-life care, trauma recovery, and neuromuscular and glandular tending.

I believe the corporeal body is a sacred vessel of Spirit — a living altar where healing, remembrance, and transformation unfold.

My work interweaves somatic therapeutics, ceremony and ritual, sacred touch, and the profound intelligence of the Wilds of the World, guiding others into deep embodied healing and mythic renewal.

My mission is to walk beside you - not only in moments of ease and revelation but also through the sacred dark, tending the numinous chrysalis where new wings of awakening are formed.

Over the last fifteen years, I’ve been profoundly shaped by entheogenic elders and great Plant Spirit Teachers. Devotedly, I have been in service and apprenticeship to these primordial beings, coming deeper into my medicine under their guidance. I have facilitated ceremonies across the Americas, reclaiming the spiritual practices of my ancestors and lineage. While there is a growing therapeutic interest in these sacred tools, I approach them from a place of mutual reverence and respect, as stewards of sentience and keepers of life’s garden.

My path has led me through many disciplines, specializations, and schools of thought—all of which I synthesize into my understanding of principles and practice.

I am the daughter of men steeped in medicine, arts, and science, and of women who were oracles, seers, and wielders of magic.

I dwell upon these shores of masculine and feminine gifts, cultivating my practice through a long marination of these often disparate worldviews. As I walk amidst these fields, I hope to serve as a bridge, cross-pollinating the Western mind, helping it shed its conditioned skins, and return to the embodied grace of animist being.

I am an initiated, lineage-carrying Medicine Woman, Diviner, and Priestess of the Dagara Crocodile Clan of the Somé line, part of the ancient West African Animist spiritual tradition of Burkina Faso. This path connects me to the spirits of the land, the ancestors, elemental forces, and the weaving of destiny. Through ritual arts and divination, I am able to trace the creative powers and energetic forces permeating our lives, helping clients navigate life passages, spiritual crises, and soul callings with clarity and reverence.

I have been welcomed into many circles as a guardian and elder, and I am deeply honored to work within the multicultural tapestry that is called for in these times. With gentle steps, humble hands, and an open heart, I continue to serve as a trusted guide for those ready to traverse the shadow and light, reclaim their mythic stories, and remember the brilliance and resilience that have always lived within them.

My practice is rooted in the wisdom of the biosphere— earth, water, plant, and animal medicines form a robust aspect of my personal apothecary. I have devoted over fifteen years to studying folk and clinical ethnopharmacology, working with the living pharmacopeia of local ecologies and indigenous sacraments as catalysts for profound emotional, physical, and spiritual communion. In my medicine bag, I blend indigenous, folk, and naturopathic wisdom with modern understanding of contemporary science, crafting ointments, balms, baths, tonics, teas, smokes, extractions, and spagyrics.

Throughout my path, I have also trained as an artist in the expressive and dramatic arts, exploring the transformative power of mythopoetic narrative. Drama therapy, performance, and expressive arts have been portals into the deeper layers of the psyche, where symbolic storytelling becomes a sacred tool for healing, revelation, and the weaving of new possibilities.

In recent years, my journey has led me into Generative Trance Hypnosis, a modality that works with the creative unconscious to reshape the landscape stories that hold the concept of our lives together. I believe the stories we carry are living currents flowing through body, mind, and spirit; whether expressed in words, movement, song, or silence, mythopoetic narrative becomes a bridge between visible and invisible realms, illuminating paths of remembrance, transformation, and sovereign choice.

True healing, to me, is a reunion with the cosmic web of existence, where body, mind, and timeless soul harmonize in the miracle of life itself.

Each session with me is both ritual and reality—

a consecrated space where your body’s needs are tended, your heart’s truths are witnessed, and your soul’s luminous unfolding is honored.

As a first-generation North American woman of ethnically diverse heritage, I am the first of my people to live upon this land, carrying the living threads of my ancestral lineages. My family histories are intertwined with stories of refugee flight from civil wars fueled by external powers, capitalist extraction, and the lingering shadows of colonial conquest. I am deeply passionate about right relationship—where every being on this Earth has the right to roam, to self-determination, sovereignty, and access to clean air, food, and water as sacred birthrights given by Gaia.

My maternal lineage spans from across the Atlantic into Cuba’s vibrant heart and Caribbean fusion. My grandmothers lived within La Regla de la Orisha, Ifá, and Lukumí—a convergence of West African spiritual cultures with the First Peoples of the Yucatan and Caribé - the Ciboney and Taíno, blended with the Celtic and Roma roots from northern Galicia and Asturias of Spain. This is the pulse of my blood and mitochondrial line.

My paternal roots trace back to the first peoples of the Indigenous Americas, reaching back well before the Ceramic Age. My ancient ancestors arrived in El Salvador over 20,000 years ago as seafaring voyagers from Micronesia and the great island nations of the South Pacific. We became the Arawak, Lenca, Nahuatl, Ch'orti', and Pipil peoples. As of the 1500s, with the arrival of my Medieval Moorish ancestors from Valladolid, León, and Navarre of Spain, the transoceanic tribes of my paternal lineages merged.

My path has been one of grieving and mending intergenerational and intercultural wounds woven into my family’s story. I hold space for these ancestral threads, letting them breathe and speak through my embodied presence.

By their threads and bones, I walk, wield, and remember.

My hope is to help others turn inward and do the same, as our worlds continue to merge and ancestral tides rise and converge - for every grandmother and grandfather who never could, and for every child yet to come.

I pray to weave a world where we can feel, hope, and dream in Love as One.
